Hutto JROTC Parent Booster Club meets monthly on the evening of the first Tuesday, or any other agreed-upon time established by the board. These meetings are open to all cadets, parents/guardians, and the JROTC instructors. The meetings cover the old and new business of the organization and will include a report of the current finances, at a minimum, with an agenda provided by the presiding board member. The executive board may also meet as needed, at the convenience of the board members, to coordinate specific activities of the organization.  The president shall send electronic notice of the meetings a minimum of two times prior to any meeting held, beginning no later than one week beforehand.
